Probably either this album or this PC CD (includes illustrations) is IZN-001.

You get a lot of rare stuff just trying to fill catalogue numbers, it's great fun.

There's a (signed?) copy of this on YJA that's currently at 85,000 yen.

By the way, this same game and its sequel's 2-disc soundtrack ( https://vgmdb.net/album/7098 ) is also up for auction from the same seller. Currently sitting at ¥51,000.
