This is a duplicate of this entry, not a reprint.
Signature Edition = Merge Games.
About the release date, one of them must be wrong.

The Pocket Watch edition have been delayed multiple times and I just haven't updated the new release date (mostly because they weren't clear about it until recently). Their site says October 23, 2020 now. I fixed the date on the original submission now.
