Apparently, Kimihiro Abe composed tracks 5 and 13, while Namiki did the rest of the BGM. I couldn't find a composer attribution anywhere in the scans. Can someone confirm that breakdown?

It is correct although I can't remember the original source. The breakdown is definitely consistent with Abe's style (the rhythmical features of track 5, the conventional orchestration of track 13). Namiki attributes himself to 11 tracks on his official Japanese website, which is consistent with the track listings.

This recently got a reprint as CVST-0011. Release date, according to the Cave shop, seems to be Nov. 14, 2009. Tracklisting remains the same.

I bought the newer release at the latest online Cave Maturi, but CVST-0006 as well as CVST0011 (on the Obi) is still physically printed. Or rather, aside of this Obi and lacking of the cellphone strap that previously contributed to a higher price, everything else apparently remains the same.
I don't know how to handle this case, but it might warrant a child album entry if the catalog number, release date, price and Obi are different. Last edited by Cedille; Nov 24, 2009 at 09:37 AM. |

Is this not the best boss battle music in a Cave (or any other) game? |

I'm going mad trying to find someone who uploaded the menu music from this game. I'd have bought the cd if it was on it. Anyone here the track?

Arcade games don't have Menus, which is why the CD doesn't have the Menu music.
The 360 console port wasn't even created yet when this disc was published. |

I actually uploaded the menu music like a month ago (thanks to lakerhunter2 for the rip) --Menu Music
He used multi-band compression/limiting, and over-all limiting along with a highly-compressed track using a technique called New York compression. So I guess listeners can choose which soundfile they like better from the newer rips.

The front page has double the size in length so you basically have a triple page panorama (Booklet Front + Booklet p. 01-02). The backside of this panorama is Booklet p. 07-08 + Booklet p. 10. And it's just one booklet.
