Seems like it was "pre-released" at Press Start 2010 so I suppose the official release date comes later (perhaps his upcoming concert?).

I think you're right. I found this album by this photo and the tracklist here. Later we could change official the release date (and upload a better scan of the front cover as well).

This blog and suruga-ya give 2010/09/23 as the official release date, so I changed it.
Five months later (2011/02/23), 'Gift Box' is now also available on iTunes.
Credits for track 3 is taken from Ayune Uezono's official site and track 5 from the Okami Kakushi Original Soundtrack.
