I don't really think we need the trademark abbreviation in the title since it's no part of the actual title.

Well, I added it because it appears everywhere. Even the back cover and the obi.

I totally agree with this... I'm all for literal interpretations of what's written on stuff and I have a pretty funky looking directory of music, but I think we need to draw the line at what the title actually is somewhere. It's already enough that we add the name of the artist to the title if it appears next to the title like TITLE / ARTIST (which we also shouldn't do because that's pretty clearly TITLE / ARTIST format I think). This would be like adding the trademark symbol to track 1 in Perfect Dark Zero. But of course consensus is what matters so it would be nice to hear others' opinions.

Yeah, it's a little excessive. I'd personally omit that, if I were tagging it for my media player or something.

Then these should not have the symbol either:

Personally, I'd definitely keep it, because it's even used in the Japanese title. That's not something you see a lot.

We're talking about the difference between a title and a legal symbol. ™ is something used to say that a TITLE is trademarked. So, Gran Turismo is the TITLE that is trademarked. ™ is not a title. I don't mean to be confrontational Nisto, but it's not.

I don't even understand why that TM has been added, no shop like sony music shop has TM in the title
it's like vgmdb is the only site with that

why not adding (R) or TM for some other albums too (I think final fantasy x ost cover has something like that)

The TM is included but THE REAL DRIVING SIMULATOR is omitted.

Kinda funny.

In my defense, it's not included on all the covers, like ™ is.

Either way, in the end I agreed (not textually), but it just hasn't been changed yet. So... stop mocking me!

Well, to quote Juliet (or perhaps Shakespeare), what's in a name?

Seriously though, that is the question. What IS in a name... or rather, what is part of the actual name (so, what's in it?)

This album should be deemed original and arranged.

Specifically, the menu music featured on this album is arranged.
