ARCJ-36: JumpingFlash! 2 Original Game Soundtrack

Pretty much all sites have the name of the first vocalist as 室井馬琴, which would be Bakin Muroi, but I'm 99% that's incorrect and it should be Bakin Takarai/宝井馬琴 (first character is slightly different). BSM has my back on this one... and, well, that's it.

In the end credits, at around 3:10, the voice actor of the "storyteller" is Bakin Takarai. The Japanese Wikipedia article for the games gives Takarai's name in the start of the JumpingFlash! 2 section:

前作に続き、ストーリーテラーは宝井馬琴、音楽は見良津健雄が担当

Incidentally, the video is also where the names of the voice actors for the MuuMuus come from.
