This is a tricky one. Should we keep or delete it?

As far as I can tell someone must have snachted somehow the original master recordings. It sounds too good to be a simple dvd/bd rip and comes even with the unedited tracks.

Pretty sure we don't keep this kind of (digital) file-sharing site bootleg. The ones that are actually sold are added here so that people can differentiate if they already own or they're about to buy a bootleg.

Was this sold (as a CD) at some point by a bootleg label?

well, I'm not sure. I think that's a kind of personal promo cd from Hans Zimmer him- or his staff themself to someone. I even downloaded the file and listened to it, the quality is just too clear to be just a simple rip because the unused cues and etc. On the other hand it's originates definitely from a file-sharing site.

Honestly, I don't know if it's just a bootleg or something else. After researching for a while on different websites (including both officiall Hans Zimmer websites) nobody seems to know from where this 2013 "Soundtrack" came. Nobody acknowledges it but neither ignores the fact that there's a new soundtrack in superb quality.

This thing, "technically", isn't supposed to get out of the studio/basement where it's being held.

Never sold by any label, as of today. Someone grabbed a copy of the master tapes and shared it. It should be deleted. The audio quality is truly excellent, though.

As for the db, it'll have to be removed.

There's indeed some uncertainty about where this thing came from... It's called the "Complet and unedited score", too. Anyone who has listened this is likely to agree that it was sourced off the master tapes.

Although anyone can ultimately add those "1M2", "2M3" to the cues (there is someone out there which even sells fake recording sessions ripped from DVD/Blu-ray), in the process of film-scoring/film-production that terms are generally used to indicate a certain scene within the film->which cue should go there. This, coupled with the excellent sound quality, suggests that this release came off the studios.
