I got a copy of the first-press version of this one, which has a sleeve case. I added images: sleeve case (front, spine, back), booklet (front, back), disc, tray, back.

I'll add images of the inside of the booklet later.

Well, 2 1/2 years later and I finally followed up on this. I added all of the pages of the booklet, but I also redid all the other scans since the old ones were just photographs (I didn't have a scanner at the time).
