Default AWR 10124: A New World: intimate music from FINAL FANTASY - Volume III
I noticed that the Bandcamp/digital version has tracks 9 and 10 swapped around, kinda strange but worth noting as to not get confused.

I took pictures of the credits and the tracklist to verify the album info. I plan on taking much nicer pictures in the (hopefully) not too distant future, but if anyone else beats me to it and can upload much better pictures or scans of the album please do so!

I think you meant tracks 10 and 11? And it turns out the CD labeled those two tracks wrong so I switched them in the tracklist.

Correct I meant 10 and 11, oops!

Now that they were changed "Masayoshi Soken" composed tracks 4, and 10 now, not 4, 11.
