I am not sure about the catalog number, as I found about this just by chance. I can see it very well in that only photo wondering on the web.
The only person who had this , to my knowledge, lost his own vinyl copy, but was able to make a digital copy. Sadly not photos were taken.

I tried looking at the back cover in here

This release is there, but it's not easy to see that catalog number.

I'm pretty sure that it is a 72xx number because it's from 1986, and was advertised on the back of a 1986 album. They didn't get to 7300 until late in the next year.

Track 5 is called "Goodby HIKARU". I changed it to what is shown in the tracklist.

All tracks are composed by Kentarou Haneda, but in track 05 "Ai Oboeteimasuka" cue was originally composed by Kazuhiko Katou, and track 06 "Tenshi no Enogu" cue was composed by Mari Iijima.

Some songs wee not credited to be arranged, so I added them in the notes. They were "My Beautiful Place", and although "Ai wa Nagareru" is credited, it is not credited both parts as they are different versions, so I added that info too, along to where the those cues start and finish.
