Is this album actually arranged? I thought this was a straight soundtrack. If it is arranged, it sounds pretty close to what's in game, so maybe it's just a slight sound upgrade?

According to the inserts it's arranged. And the inserts lead me to believe it might have been an actual instrument recording, since it posts what I'm assuming is a record date. Here's what it says in the inserts (I'm going to update the artists a little later, took me some time to write this up):

I don't have I.Q. Final so I can't be sure about that game, but I just compared the audio files on the I.Q. game disc with the tunes on this album and they sound identical. The game streams the live recorded music. So I think the "composed, arranged" part means he composed and arranged the original music, not that it's re-arranged (because it's not).
Awesome that the booklet credits the performers, as the game does not! |

I've changed the title to correspond to the cover / obi.
Added alternate names to the products (source: GameFAQs and game covers). I don't know where the other titles come from:

Thanks. You are right, I.Q Final Perfect Music file does not look very official, and was probably just a shortening of the real title, so I removed it.

Does this new format follows (or closer to) how it's printed on the scan? While I really appreciate an effort to increase readability (especially since we can't use anything but plain text and thus can't completely reproduce the look and formatting of booklets after all), I'd keep dancey's original submission here.

I don't understand, I explained it in post #4. The current title follows the scan exactly.

I should've been clearer, but my post above was targeting at the latest edit for the note.

The album info I added was verbatim from the inserts (like all of my edits). The new one replaced the abbreviations with full instrument names. I'd revert it. People can look at the instrument thread if they're confused.

Could someone who has at least the first game please clarify which tracks come from the first game? The rest could be deduced to be from the second one with at least some level of confidence.
