I don't know the exact release date for this album. The disc shows 1999 as the copyright year, which I've listed as the release year.

Does anyone know if this album actually includes the paper insert pictured here? I've purchased two copies of the album, and neither had the insert.

The website lists them as "jacket" front & back but I have no idea if it actually shipped with them or not.

It seems that either the album didn't actually ship with a booklet/artwork, or I am incredibly unlucky

I'm inclined to think it's the former, as basically 100% of albums I've ordered from suruga-ya have included the booklet. For two copies of the same album to both be randomly missing the booklet would be extremely unlikely.

I'm looking at the site for this album again and I just noticed there were actually two versions of this; it normally cost 1000 JPY + shipping, but there was a 500 JPY "simple packaging" version too. So possibly, the cheap version is the one you keep finding with no jacket.
