Third, the track 12 has as a performer 染谷由紀乃 which romanizes as "Yukino Someya" according to his website: http://yukinowebsite.web.fc2.com/

I happened to be not able to find where to add artist pages (maybe I did not looked deeper?)

No, I think linking can currently only be done my the staff. I think SS mentioned this in another thread, AFAIK there isn't a moderation queue for this kind of changes at this time.

Well, thank you then for the answer LiquidAcid.

But then, for now, I have noticed that some of the links and artist pages have been made and created, to what I'm glad to.

Now, in the case of Koji Yoshimura, it wasnot created maybe because I have lack to find his official website... I have been searching his name (in kanji) aroundand I have found but not much data about him (except for other work that he may have worked on...)

Also, I finally have found the romaji for the artist who did the "Monologue" of the "Prologue" track:
