Beethoven is the uncredited composer of disc 1, track 4. It's the opening theme from his Piano Concerto No 5 "Emperor," final movement.

We need some more informatio on the newly added names:
Quote:
Arranger: Shunichi Tokura
Performr: Fumiya Fuji
None of them are listed in Acts 1~3, so I assume they come from the Act 4 disc? If so, which tracks?

Shunichi Tokura is credited with composition (not arrangement) for S O S (ON AIR Version) on Disc 2 in the inserts.

Fumiya Fuji is credited as the lyricist and PRODUCER for the opening theme on disc 2, not performance.

There is a significant amount of info in the inserts that I can get to when I have time.

Thanks for checking the credits. I was mistaken on Fumiya Fuji. He was added as Lyricist not Performer.

Ah, I accidentally added Tokura in the wrong place.

I was writing down information from the booklet, but I didn't bother to submit it because I was unsure of what to add for some parts/not entirely sure to add some other as well:

CD4, I have no idea what to credit for song 4. I didn't see it in the booklet, but I may have missed it like with another song or I just didn't recognize where it was listed.

The places with (?) are just other instrumental versions of Tenshi no Yubikiri, but I just wasn't sure if they had arrangers or not. I'll try to post scans unless dancey beats me to it.
edit: went back to bold what I didn't actually see (or missed) credited in the booklet

You can go ahead and post scans, I don't own a working scanner at the moment. And feel free to update the album info with the information from ACT1.0 ~ ACT3.0 pages and then there's the song lyrics credits you already posted, and the gigantic English last page for Act 4.0 should be easy.

Those were definitely arranged by Sagisu.

Gonna start working on this one over the course of the next week as I rip it and tag it for my personal collection. Corrected the tracklist for disc 1 (added all the '(...)' values) and added track times.

The tracklists don't even match between the inserts and the backs of the hard slip case for the individual cds. Annoying. I'll use the inserts since CD3 doesn't have a tracklist on the slipcase.

I can't promise the tracklist for Disc 3 and 4 are the best but I think I did a satisfactory job. I'm not entirely sure on D3 M18, D4 M22. I left the "Cho" as just "Cho" instead of writing it out as Chorus since "Cho" is how it is in the inserts, although it just means "without Chorus". There are also a few tracks that have multiple tempo or instrument descriptors, and I didn't separate them with a comma because there isn't one present on the tracklist, so yes, "Guitar Normal" or "Piano Slow" sounds strange but ultimately I think it's more accurate. I don't really know what the "High" kanji means in D3 M07 but I assume it has to do with playing the higher notes of the piano? I don't know what the musical term for that is, but it might be more appropriate.

There's a credit missing from the book (I believe was also missing on the original releases) that excludes the Tenor Saxophone player who solos on "Yukino Miyazawa III (Jazz rock)" and a few others. I'm 99.9% sure it's Osamu Koike, whose played on other Sagisu works. His sound is unmistakably here.
