About the line Planning Cooperation in the staff credits, I don't see well the third kanji of the person with the bad scan.
I think it should be Katsuki Hamamatsu/浜松克樹, who is a Japanese magazine editor:

In the career chapter (経歴), they say he established 銀英社 (Gineisha? -I don’t find a picture with the romanization-), an editorial production company, that we also find in the credits of the album.
But on the scan, the third kanji of the name is not 克 but something else, maybe Katsuki Hamamatsu had a different first name at the time.
