In the notes we can see it's music from Godzilla movies..

But i am not sure about that, could it not be a soundtrack for the Super Famicom game "Godzilla Kaijuu Daikessen" ?

Look the game cover & this album one..

Any confirmation ?

Well, the tracklist looks like a game tracklist, with titles like "Normal Game: Win", so it looks like it's intended to cover a video game of some sort.

Yeah i confirm it, it's an album for the S-Famicom game "Godzilla Kaijuu Daikessen", known as "Godzilla: Monster Wars".

edit: it could even be seen in the front cover.. "スーパーファミコン版" (Super Family Computer Edition)

I can confirm beyond any doubt that Mothra's stage theme is a SNES rendition of "Mothra's Song" by The Peanuts, who played the original Shobijin in both the eponymous "Mothra" and the first "Mothra VS Godzilla". Tracks 1 and 15 also contain the famous musical leitmotif from the original 1954 Godzilla movie by Ifukube.

Composition has been credited accordingly.
