Uhm, so... does anyone know which tracks were actually re-arranged?

All discs have someone credited for "arrangement", so there is no way to know if it is something that has been re-arranged, or if it's the "nitpicking" type of arrangement they are crediting.
I guess this is something only fans know about.

The arranged tracks would be disc 8-01~08 only, IIRC (09 and 10 are originals, and 11 is a talk track), called "BONUS DISC: GUILTY GEAR ARRANGE TRACKS PLUS". The rest is old stuff.

Btw, since the box came out before the latest GGXX whatsitsname, there are two tracks missing, but Aksys was nice enough to compile them here.

So the "Heavy Rock Tracks" are in fact not arrangements?

I think it's worthy of note that even though Disc 1 is credited in the notes as "Guilty Gear Original Sound Collection", they are in fact different. "Prologue", "Epilogue", and "SE" are exclusive to Original Sound Collection (tracks 1, 27, and 28 respectively on the original) and all of the Ending tracks (tracks 26 and onward on this version) are exclusive to this version.

That happens a lot with this soundtrack, right? Like Guilty Gear X2 including the Options Menu song (Beatin' My Soul), and Guilty Gear Isuka containing everything after The Fellow. And maybe more in soundtracks for other games, but I've only played those two, so I only paid attention to them.

Has anyone done an in-depth analysis of this album regarding which tracks are missing, unreleased, changed, unique, etc?

I have noticed that Arc System Works have released individual discs' content as separate albums on iTunes, though at least in the U.S. store there are some missing (each album title is the same and appended by "[#]"); I assume those are discs which the content is completely duplicated from standalone releases, but I have not gone through to compare. How would those be best wrangled to this database?
