Looks like Yuki Iwai, not Takayuki.

Couldn't easily find any video footage on YouTube though.

I didn't noticed that until now that you mentioned it...

But I'm positive it was her.

Arcade History, GameFAQs, Moby Games and Soundtrack Central credit her; however, there are other places like Square Enix Music and Chudah's Corner that credit Takayuki, though.

Couldn't find a video on YouTube either, but I am positive that it was Yuki.

LOL! After a few videos I gave up, but I saw this one and went, "This'll probably be one of those where is the ending and as soon as it says "STAFF CREDITS" it'll cut."

I was obviously wrong...

Thanks struggle...poo...? Wait... I'm guessing a midnight trip to the bathroom?

Anyways, here's a screenshot to ease things a bit...

Wait, now we still have Yuko Takehara, when it's really Yuko Kadota. DB has two separate entries for the two, so that needs to be clarified/fixed.

Maybe "Kadota" is an alias?

The Mame emulator is a good resource about infos on every game. The only way is to have the rom and play a game until the end to get infos like music composer, ecc...
Generally the arcadehistory.com entries are 99,9% accurate because they are taken directly from the Mame emu.

A tip for those who want to acquire arcade game music composer info directly first-hand from the game credits: Once the relevant files have been downloaded and set up correctly, cheats such as "go to last level" or at the very least "invincibility" can be easily and quickly enabled within a few key presses. The benefits to this should be self-explanatory.

Well, now let's get on to business...

I am going to make some assumptions on songs i can really really tell the composer apart in, the whole soundtrack is all weird, not exactly easy to pick anyone apart for many songs, i will first list the ones i can tell for sure, and then go on to composers i think might be that one.

Yuko Kadota: Positive: Ryu, Cyclops, Sakura, Dan. Unsure: Hidden Character, Player Select, Hulk, Norimaro

Yuki Iwai: Positive: Vega, Wolverine, Ken, Win. Unsure: Gouki, Zangief, Hurry Up

This is about all i can really have any say in TBH. The rest are very un-identifiable. :/
