Scans are here.
http://club.nintendo.jp/present/itempop_p138.html

Would't we able to upload images via iOS without jailbreaking it?

Edit: I deactivated mine, and go to use another entry, which was a solution.

Holy crap! Sakuraba, Koshiro, Mitsuda, Iwadare, and Takada are all on this? My interest in this just went from zero to through the roof.

VGMWorld is closing shop, so I highly doubt this.

http://www.procyon-studio.com/info/info.html

It says that Kameoka was co-orchestrator for Mitsuda's tracks, so if those tracks are on this disc, she should be added as arranger.

Can someone explain to me why orchestrators are considered arrangers?

That's actually quite a good question. It's because the term "arrangement" is often misused in the VGM world to mean "compositions on themes by another person". In classical music, the term means to take something written for one group of instruments and set it for another, with little or no change made to the structure/harmony/melody, like in this Dragon Quest album. In classical terms, the Symphonic Fantasies suites, for example, would be said to be composed by Jonne Valtonen, not arranged by him. For one reason or another, the terms are conflated in VGM.

Just letting you guys know that the Soundtrack has been sold within a few hours (~1-2 hrs) on eBay. Fortunately I was lucky enough to preorder a copy for myself from a japanese seller.

Yeah, I too had pre-ordered a copy from Game Agora on eBay. Supposedly, he says that the CDs should be arriving by the end of April.

That's only part of the tracklist. (Note the 一部 over it, and the 他12曲 under it.)

I just got a chance to pre-order mine today! I hope it's good, I saw on Youtube there was a track called "Chapter 5: Pandora's Labyrinth of Deceit" that's one of my favorites, I hope that's within the chosen 25, I also hope that this isn't like Mario and Luigi RPG where it's a soundtrack that bundled all three current installments together.

I already got Game Sound Museum: Kid Icarus, I don't need another replica of tracks that's the same, even though that would probably mean a couple of Of Myth and Monsters music being inserted in.

It looks like this is just going to be for Kid Icarus Uprising, so you shouldn't worry. I have this feeling that they might put the air and land battle music for each chapter in the same track. However, if that was the case, then we'd only get Chapter tracks. So, it really does look like a Best Of album.

Attempted an English tracklist. Used the localized English chapter names when available. Someone should probably check over it.

Haven't played the game yet, but this soundtrack is pretty nice.

So the game's wiki page credits these two sources for the composer info:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jhKVGVM95W0
http://www.gonintendo.com/?mode=viewstory&id=173710

Takahiro Nishi is listed in the game credits, but not the Go Nintendo source.

Very disappointing that the soundtrack has no further track credits (beyond those on the official Japanese website) or composer/arranger details. Added Natsumi Kameoka as arranger and changed the composer order based on the in-game credits. Go Nintendo is a useless secondary source as the primary source is the official Japanese website.

I originally omitted all the (revealed) composer names since this was a selection soundtrack and nobody knows all of them was involved here. I know we occasionally credit all the composers in similar entries though.

I didn't notice this was just a selection. I wonder if this will ever come up on JASRAC (which seems to currently be down).

According to the music section on the official site, the following tracks are given composition credits.

Main Theme - Sakuraba
Theme of Magnus - Koshiro
Theme of Dark Pit - Sakuraba
The Reaper's Line of Sight - Sakuraba
Boss Battle - Mitsuda
Space Pirates' Theme - Iwadare
Practice Room - Takada
Theme of Hades - Iwadare
Wrath of the Reset Bomb - Koshiro
Mysterious Invaders - Koshiro
Sanctuary of the Galaxy - Takada

http://www.nintendo.co.jp/3ds/akdj/music/music05.html

Can anyone check if that is the same as the Boss Battle 1 on this CD?

If it is, then all of the composers seem to be represented.

Hm, so what is actually show on the album page now credit wise? Composer field is empty now but I see Kameoka as arranger?

Kameoka is very likely responsible for the arrangement of original Kid Icarus music (e.g. track 3 "The Return of Palutena"), which in turn means its composer Hirokazu Tanaka (mentioned under special thanks in the in-game staff list) needs to be credited as well. Takahiro Nishi, credited in the in-game staff list, didn't get any single sample on the Japanese site. So should he and Kameoka (whose work was at least mentioned by Mitsuda) be omitted for being so unlucky?

Yes, Boss Battle 1 is the same as the sample you linked.
