Default Super Mario Bros. 2 (NES) (#2137)

Regarding this game and the original FDS game 'Yume Koujou: Doki Doki Panic' being basically the same game and having the same music - and whether or not it makes sense to have separate entries for each game.

The English SMB 2 wiki states "Additionally, the game's soundtrack was composed by Koji Kondo, the original Super Mario Bros. composer, and needed only a few alterations and new compositions throughout the conversion".

I'm not sure we have a precedent for this situation. What do you think?
