Really bad move bringing Akira Yamoaka on and then slighting him with a digital only release.

Grasshopper confirmed last night on Twitter that a true soundtrack will be coming in August. It'll be available as a digital download and on CD.

Going by the OST, it seems track 01 here is actually "02 Take Me To Hell (Broken Dream)" which doesn't seem to feature The Damned, but Troy Baker. Last minute change, maybe?

Could somebody with this album confirm if the final tracklist does have "(featuring The Damned)" attached in tr01, or directly credits them?


(also if anybody is interested, you can find live recordings videos of the song performed by Yamaoka, McGlynn and Baker themselves, but I'm too lazy to link them)

Track 1 on this album is definitely called "Theme of Shadows of the Damned (featuring The Damned)" and it's the same song as "Take Me To Hell (Broken Dream)" from GHMR-0013. The CD version is about 20 seconds longer due to it having an added intro.

My personal opinion is that somebody at Grasshopper and/or EA messed up by adding "(featuring The Damned)" to track 1 on this release, since the booklet for GHMR-0013 only credits Akira Yamaoka on music, Mary Elizabeth McGlynn and Troy Baker on vocals, and Joe Romersa on lyrics. I've listened to the song many times, Mary and Troy are definitely the only two singing.
