Why is Takahiro Obata credited as a composer?

Takahiro Obata composed the music for The Promised Neverland. If he didn't compose this album, then it probably doesn't have anything to do with the anime.

This album has nothing to do with The Promised Neverland.
The tracks presented in this album are from "My Hero Academia", "Double Decker", "Run with the Wind" and "Sakanoue Animal Clinic Story". The composer is Yuki Hayashi, Takahiro Obata should be credited only as a performer.

Made an edit here to add missing information and additional details. Takahiro Obata needs to be credited as an arranger instead of Hayashi, as per the premise and official description of the album.
