CDJapan has this release listed as limited edition.
Is there any more info about this?

I can't find any other sites that have this as LE.

The only explanation that I can think of is that the catalog number LALA-5006~7 was originally going to be used for the limited edition of the OP theme.

they probably updated the OP to OST and forgot to remove the limited edition

I wonder if 藤田よしひさ is this guy we already have in the database?

He's always credited in kanji from what I can see so I'm not really sure.

藤田宜久=藤田よしひさ

His twitter name 藤田宜久, facebook/pixiv name 藤田よしひさ, and the same contents and photos are found on both SNS.

藤田よしひさ is sometimes found when he participated as an arranger only.
