Did anyone here catch the 'mad' typo on the 'back' scan that was uploaded here?

Liner notes miscredit Julie Frost as performer instead of Brenda Vaughn in Disc 2 Track 20. Its clearly not Julie Frost. (White people don't have that 'soul' when they sing). Julie's voice can be heard in Disc 2 Track 23 where it properly credits her and there's an obvious difference.

Also Disc 2 Track 47 is a remaster of the original 'Groove' song and it properly credits Brenda.

by "soul", you mean the genre of music? (if so, you don't know anastacia?)

There's no vocalist credited for 2.20. The names in parentheses are composers, arrangers, and lyricists, so the singer is only there if they wrote the song too.

Julie Frost is probably the lyricist of "GROOVE."

Joss Stone came to my mind. But yeah, that's kinda some weak rationale, Neo_Chip =/

It probably would have been written as Sho-T feat.Brenda in the credits if it was placed on the 1st Disc where the songs are not mixed.

The non-stop megamix credits appearing on Disc 2 have a more narrowed list, eliminating completely the artist category (which is okay as its redundant enough repeating credits). However some exclusive tracks only appear on the megamix, such as Track 20 Groove and Track 23 Share my love, and don't provide complete credit.

Question is should we put that track to read like this:

Code:
20 Artist: Sho-T feat.Brenda
(Julie Frost / Shoichiro Hirata)
©2001 KONAMI All rights reserved.
or just leave it the way it is?

No not the genre, its sorta hard to explain. I've listened to a lot of songs...(except anastasia or Joss Stone for the moment) Caucasians are great singers but there's something passionate about african descent vocals.

But my point in saying that was that it clearly wasn't Julie Frost's voice. No need to pull a fifth leg out of a cat.

Now that I notice it, is this Julie Frost the same one that co-wrote the Eurovision song that won in 2010?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Julie_Frost

Wikipedia makes no mention of DDR / Bemani.

Yeah, exactly. That's how it's credited on the 4th Mix OST.

If you want to fill in the missing artist info, I wouldn't mind. I just copied the notes exactly as they're printed.
