I wanted to add last wednesday (from last week) but as getchu removed it from their site I hesitated

I would have just added it anyways like with the first soundtrack entry (that ended up being cancelled).

the thing will be sold at comiket 85 too, I guess it needs a c85 tag?

I'm not really sure if the tag should be added since the general release is on the same day.

that sort of tag is for exclusive products released during those events?

I added these on the notes:

Disc 1 - Mahoutsukai no Yoru arrangements
Disc 2 - Other Type-Moon titles arrangements:
M-01 - Tsukihime
M-02 - Fate/stay night
M-03 - Fate/EXTRA
M-04 - TYPE-MOON 10th Anniversary

Reason for adding:
Track 1 is surely Tsukihime arrangement since it has the word "Tsuki/Moon", Track 2 is Fate/stay night since the term "Heaven's feel" is another word for "Holy Grail War", Track 3 is Fate/EXTRA since it has the word "Umi/Sea" where EXTRA's setting is describe as Battle in the Moon Sea in official Japanese descriptions and the last/4th track is clearly dedicated for TYPE-MOON 10th Anniversary.

you can see those words before loading the psp game, I'm curious to know where you "fished" that Battle in the Moon Sea description
