mmm there's a conflit beetween credits on "Good-bye Sweet Heart" arrangement.
This EP gives Toru Okada and Yoshiki Kojima, while the Holmes Collection CD gives Kunio Muramatsu and Hiroki Inui.
It would be interesting what does old LP ANL-1018 reports. @yotadelatisane can you check on your copy please?

From the cover design, this looks like ANL-1018 though it's marked as 見本盤(sample disc).

the second youtube link with LP playing reportes EP arrangers, it has been uploaded by a collector anyway in my opinion it wrongly reportes the arrangers because listening the EP sample the arrangement is different.
So there should be 2 different arrangement version:
- EP
- LP/CD (I don't understand why CD version is 20" shorter, it can't be the due the different analog playing speed)
Hope yotadelatisane can check in his copy, haven't find a good image of insert on various auction around ebay/yahoo
