The in-game music player has official translations for most of the Japanese song titles:

1.07 "メメントス・上層" = "Mementos: Upper Area"
Mementos: Mid Area"
Mementos: Lower Area"
Featherman Seeker" (not in the music player, but is the localized name of the new retro game the protagonist can play)
1.15 "あいつはトリック☆スタ→" = "He's a Trickster☆"
Mementos: New Area"
Our Light"

The tracks that already had English titles are the same outside of minor capitalization differences ("I Believe" instead of "I believe").
None of the cutscene music is in the music player so those tracks don't have official translations.

Actually, it's "I believe" with a lower case b in the ingame music player for English releases of the game.

Kinda sucks we don't have any official cutscene music translations yet though.

Huh, I could've sworn it was capitalized... Just checked again, guess not.

As for the cutscene music, the individual scenes have names in the cutscene viewer, so that might be the closest thing to translations of the track titles.

1-10
Literal translation: "To another world"
Cutscene name: "Into the Unknown"

1-11
Original: "wish come true"
Cutscene name: "After the Festival"

2-01
Original: "初詣"
Literal translation: "New Year's Shrine Visit" (or "Hatsumōde")
Cutscene name: "The New Year"

2-02
Literal translation: "I will give you..."
Cutscene name: "Kasumi and Sumire"

2-11
Literal translation: "Collapse ~ Preparedness"
Cutscene name: "As the World Falls"

If we're talking about adding an English tracklist... given how loose the P5 localisation is I'd probably go with this:

1-10 works as the cutscene name imo. The more literal translation may be more appropriate for this site, however.

1-11 should stay the same as Japanese.

For 2-01, I believe the P4G OST has a similar track title and we could use that as a reference, maybe. The track is called "みんなで初詣", which localised is "Everyone at the First New Year's Shrine Visit". I really don't like this translation because it's way too literal but using it as a basis, "First New Year's Shrine Visit" would possibly work.

For 2-02, that's probably a quote from one of the lines she says in said cutscene, I would assume. We could find the equivalent English line and use that as an 'official' translation of sorts.

2-11 follows a similar format to the opening cutscene track from the base game, so the literal translation would probably be more appropriate than

Rewatched the "Kasumi and Sumire" cutscene but I didn't hear anything really resembling the literal translation, though it might be a line in-game before or after the cutscene. I'm currently doing a NG+ run, so I'll report back if I find anything.
