Corrected the title.
If I read correctly the booklet on strings line it says 竹内ストリングス > Takeuchi Strings.
Is it a variation of 竹内純ストリングス > Jun Takeuchi Strings?

Brass is 数原ブラスセクション (where 数原 could be Kazuhara or Suhara)

and chorus is Yohgo Kohno.

edit: it could be Kazuhara Brass Section of Shin Kazuhara Group -> http://vgmdb.net/artist/7971

it should be Kazuhara Brass Section probably linked to 数原晋ブラスセクション > Susumu (Shin) Kazuhara Brass Section
