What's the source for Hayato Sonoda, Wataru Ishibashi, Hirokazu Matsumura and Maiko Hattori being composers here? The tracks are the same as in previous releases of the game, apart from the last track, which is new. Were they responsible for the arranging, perhaps?

Hmm, my edit, eh? Game credits, I'm assuming. I don't know if this is the site I took them from, but this says all four were responsible for "music": http://jdk.sakura.ne.jp/games/d03/sce_ura_10.htm. Doesn't specify composition, and since this is upon investigation apparently just a remake of the original Dinosaur, I think arrangement would be better, yeah.

Well that's a reliable site, so I'm sure it's correct. I suppose the jdk credit given is for the original music and the others for the arrangements, then.

I just got this soundtrack and it's... absolutely amazing!! Yes, the synth sounds artificial, but every bit of music I've heard from the game so far has been wonderful, and that opening theme song simply KICKS ASS.
Definitely one of my favorites soundtracks from Falcom. Last edited by Matron; Feb 21, 2013 at 05:35 AM. |
