Enhancements to Image Viewing

Logged in users who click on an image link in the covers section of album pages (not the gallery link) will find a redesigned image viewing page. There's no more embedded scrollbars, the fullsize image will be shown in its entirety. Plus, you can mousewheel over the image to zoom in and out. Click on it to restore it to the original dimensions. Navigation options to move between images will be coming soon.

Now that fullsize scan output is handled by PHP, we can do some more cool stuff, such as serving images from our mirror server to distribute bandwidth usage
