鳥斗影 洛(Raku Toritokage) is a pen name of TAKU, a member of 横浜銀蝿(Yokohama Ginbae) and his real name is 秋葉卓志(Takuji Akiba).

Wow wonderful, how did you obtain his contact? It's a shame they didn't try another album, but maybe its for the better. As the band Angela had a strong first album, but I can't seem to like anything off all their successors.
