Default CDST-10057: Penguin-kun Giragira WARS REMIX & EXTRA SOUNDTRACK
I suspect that Takashi Okamoto's four tracks are not to be classified as arrangements at all, but that's just based on the track names.
Maybe this should be listed as remix instead of arrangement?

I believe this album was discontinued, and the tracks included in the original soundtrack instead. Not sure why though. Info here, if you scroll down a bit:
