I am not sure if this album is more oriented Animation or Game.. because that big "OVA" in the sticker (that i can't read!) makes me doubtful.. but the album was released before the OVAs (may/june 97).

Someone could maybe clear that up translating the litle sticker on the front case.

I cannot fully read all letters on the red sticker due to bed image quality, but its content is about OVA of [Tenchimuyo!], [El-Hazard: The Magnificent World].

The sticker is an advertisement for the upcoming OVA, saying it's made by the same staff of Tenchi Muyo and El-Hazard.
