This completely slipped past me until now, but in a 2018 fan meeting for Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, Junichi Masuda mentioned that he composed Necrozma's battle theme, while Go Ichinose made the arrangement for Ultra Necrozma's battle theme.

Also worth mentioning that Tomoaki Oga tweeted the specific tracks he was in charge of in USUM: he worked on some of the new movie music, as well as some of the villainous team leader battle themes (arranged from previous Pokémon titles): Maxie/Archie (Team Magma/Aqua), Cyrus (Team Galactic) and Lysandre (Team Flare).
