Seiya Murai composed the song "Mighty Guy" for the Keyboardmania series.

This track is registered with JASRAC as being composed by 村井潔.

There isn't a whole lot of information about this name, but one possible reading is Kiyoshi Murai. (This seems like the most likely reading, but I don't really feel qualified to judge that.) Sound design for Animaniacs for the Genesis was done by Kiyoshi "K-Mu" Murai.

There's also "Kiyoshi Mu" is credited for sound on the TG-16 version of Detana!! Twinbee (credits), and a "K-Mu" in Gradius II TG-CD (credits).

Seiya Murai's current homepage is mu-station, where he goes by the handle "mu-Ray." (His names in English and Japanese appear in the meta tags, and his @mu_station Twitter account links to it.) The previous URL of that site was http://www2.airnet.ne.jp/k-mu/. If you dig around a bit, you'll also find his old e-mail address, k-mu@da.airnet.ne.jp. I couldn't find any instances of him straight up using "K-Mu" as a handle on his site, though, so URL and e-mail addresses alone are a bit weak.

I'm not 100% convinced they're the same dude, since there are definitely a few logical leaps up there (inferring the name reading, AIRnet username). Kiyoshi Murai's last credit I know of was the Animaniacs game, released in 1994 (May 14 in the U.S., maybe earlier in other regions), and Seiya Murai's first is for the original Tokimeki Memorial, released on May 27, 1994, so there's a theoretical switchover point there where he decided to stop using Kiyoshi and start using Seiya.

In Tokimeki Memorial's liner notes, Murai presents himself as 村井 "K-mu" 聖夜

Well well...
