Default Mitsuru Ishii (#16331)
Do we have any evidence suggesting that the person credited in '95 and '96 (as a part of NTT Pub.) is the same person as the engineer for King? It seems unlikely.

Different people.
The NTT Mitsuru Ishii was born in 1967 according to his Facebook which doesn't match up with the engineer: https://www.facebook.com/mitsuru.ish...and_basic_info
He's also got a rather complete list of where he's worked which doesn't include KING: https://www.facebook.com/mitsuru.ish..._and_education
