Here's an inlay of the soundtrack release confirming arranger credits, courtesy of Sonic Retro!

EDIT: I was trying to add the rest of the scans on the site to the page but it doesn't seem to work, would anyone happen to know why by any chance?

Hey, Sonic Retro provided scans of the soundtrack. A dumb question to ask, but I want to be safe; do I need to get permission to post the scans here?

Is there any reason why Oil Ocean, Green Hill, and Chemical Plant Zones were not part of the soundtrack? Seems like an odd omit to me.

Those songs are owned by Masato Nakamura (not Sega), so they probably wanted to avoid paying him royalties.

Ah, ok. That makes more sense.

This issue was probably brought up in another discussion, but I don't know where it would be, so I'll bring this specific one up to see if it will/should/could be resolved.

Jun Senoue appears on this soundtrack as a performer, but he also appears as a featured composer. Because his composer status takes priority, this album is placed in the "featured on" section in his discography.

Is there a chance that a change could be made so that a situation like this would have the album placed in both sections of an artist's discograpy? Or would it be unnessacary?

Is the catalog number the right one? Why is it 619-9179 and not 667-00520~1 (different numbers for each disc)?

610-9179 is shown on the jacket's spine, so it's the album's catalog number. Several other SEGA and ATLUS enclosure albums have 610 catalog numbers. P3D & P5D FULL SOUNDTRACK for example has a 610 album catalog number with 687 disc catalog numbers, same as this.
