Updated and linked artist info from the booklet and composer info from the previous games that were arranged on this. Unfortunately, the booklet does not have a breakdown of who arranged what.

Hi all,
Though there is no breakdown in the booklet, Yasuhisa Ito has confirmed on his twitter(@YasuhisaIto) that he is the arranger of Track 5. So we can add this information to the note. Another thing we can confirm is that track 16 is arranged by Akihiro Honda since the track is exactly the same as in Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles. |

Gaze Up at the Darkness (10) was arranged by Sota Fujimori via correspondence. It's his only remix.

Based on his twitter post I think Yasuhisa Ito only did 5 (it reads like "this is the song I did")
Also, Tomoaki Hirono says he did 3, 4, 8 and 18, seems only that (new songs). Thus that'd imply the other new songs (1, 2, 17, 19, 40) are by Yasuhiro Ichihashi. (however, I wonder if 2 isn't Hirono's, since his titles are all in CAPS) Hooray for the twitter generation. |

After the disappointment of the both tribute albums, this one was angel from heavens to me. It reminded me those legendary Naoto Shibata albums

Any other information about the arranger breakdown?

I wouldn't dare compare this album to the much more polished and improvisatory arrangements by Naoto Shibata. |

And why there aren't Naoto Shibata albums anymore? An album based on new GBA, DS and PS2 games would be awesome! |

This one is really great....so of course the two that suck are easily available but this one can't be bought in any reasonable way.
Argh. |

Does anyone happen to know why Toshihisa Furusawa is getting associated with this album? He apparently isn't listed in the album credits, but he is listed as an arranger over at VGM World, and that seems to have bled over to a few other spots on the internet.
(as a matter of conversation, I'm interested in Furusawa's contributions because of stuff like this) |

So? Maybe we might ask Konami why not put his name in Booklet…… |

Any new information about the arranger credits?

Norikazu Miura did Piercing Silence and Hail from the Past.
Thank god for twitter! |

Thanks man, I've updated the page with what we know.
So the unknown credits should be by Atsushi Sato, Nobuyuki Akena and/or Yasushi Asada (and maybe Tomoaki Hirono, Yasuhiro Ichihashi, Toshihisa Furusawa if they also arranged other than their own songs). |

Thanks for the information about Miura! I was most curious about his arrangements. As for the rest, Yasushi Asada should be clear, as some of the tracks resemble those from Judgment (26, 30, 31, 34, 35-39).

I asked Yasushi Asada by mail and he arranged 22~39 (the latter half). Thanks Mr. Asada!

It's time to play "find the arrangers" again.
Pachislot Dracula 3 has some HoD tracks and full credits. Gee thanks Konami. The only new stuff: 21 > HoD 11 [it says from Gallery of Labyrinth but it's HoD's] Composed by Konami Kukeiha Club Arranged by Konami Kukeiha Club [not sure who this refers to, Akena?] 27 > HoD 07 [my fav track] Composed by Konami Kukeiha Club Arranged by Yasuhiro Ichihashi Thus, I've removed this unsourced info: Quote:

It's a yearly thing now.
Konami has a music DL site for mobile phones, and they put CV HD music with credits. Wee. Apparently you need an android jp phone to browse but nothing some Googlery couldn't get around. So, full credits: Spoiler:

I'm a bit confused as to where the "English" tracklist comes from. The tracklist for this album is mostly Japanese mixed in with some English. So we have the "English (Literal Translation)" tracklist that translates the Japanese titles, and then an "English" one which just seems to magically change the titles into something else completely. Is this a Sound Test of some sort? Identifying it as such would make it much less confusing for those of us (like myself) who are sorely uneducated on any Castlevania titles past SotN.

They seem to come from the sound test, but maybe from other games' sound tests and official/iTunes OSTs too.

I haven't played this one, so I wouldn't know if there's actually a sound test to it or not, but I notice now that Twilight Stigmata is called An Empty Tome on the "English" one, so it seems it more than likely comes from one sound test or another.
For some reason, I guess I don't think Castlevania music gets arranged very well. I didn't care for this album any more than I did for other types of these albums, even the ones made specifically to be arranged albums not for any game. I find Castlevania music in general to be fairly enjoyable, but something about the arrangements makes all the music become instantly played out to me. *shrug* |

tr.28 いけ!月風魔 is an arrangement of tr. 14 1000億光年の彼方 (album: 140A-7709)

So most if not all of the uncredited tracks have known composers -- yes the games are listed so why isn't there a composer breakdown?

Does anyone know the credits for musicians? I've been trying to find credits for the person(s) who played and recorded the guitars in this OST, but most sources only give the composers and arrangers and I have not found anything related to this. Most of the instruments are definitely produced with keyboard, but the guitars are obviously recorded live.
