I've made an edit to the notes based on communication from Mr. Rafael Dyll. According to him:
"The second to last track is remixed by the RSC Team and the last track by the Megadrives, not vice versa."

Regarding "Twobad Remix", etc. I asked this to Rafael, since he was confused about Twobad when I asked:
21 is definitely by Caspar & Co. 22 is by Mega Drives. I have no idea why the CD has its own, incorrect track data. The files were handled by ngdevteam, so it was out of my hands... :-) Check the VGMDB for a track list I myself supplied to the site admins. :-) Based on this information, I think we should revert back to the original remix list provided by Mr. Dyll.
