Default Lost Planet: Extreme Condition Bonus CD (reprint)
I just bought the PC version and it included this CD as a bonus. Apparently its contents are exactly the same as the one that was included with the Limited Edition versions on consoles.

This disc has no catalog number and it has completely different artwork from the parent (with a Games for Windows branding.) The UPC is from the box.
