I have this sealed in a jewel case, but from the photo it looks to be a loose CD inside the game case? Are there 2 versions?

Judging by a YouTube upload of the album, it looks like they just took the sound files from the remaster and slapped them on a disc. Many tracks, such as "Gallery", have set the tempo and pitch too high which was also a bug in the game. If this is indeed the case for the actual album, then this is one of the laziest releases ever.

Until someone who has the soundtrack CD has a higher quality scan of the front, the one we have is the best I can find.
