Where do the names for track 22-29 come from? They aren't listed on the back as far as I can see.

True, just checked and they are indeed present on the disc. They should be marked as hidden tracks or at least we should mention the fact in the notes.

What is missing on this soundtrack that is on the Japanese? Is there anything missing?

Judging by the tracklist, it appears this release has everything the Japanese release has. The tracks on this version have a lot of silence at the end of tracks and in the sound effect collection track which explains why its runtime is much longer.
