It seems like there are a couple of different kanji for his first name, namely
生沢佑一 生沢祐一 I've seen both of them in use on Japanese sites, but the former is used on the wiki page and the official site, so we should probably go with it.

Yuichii Ikusawa and this artist are the same person; the kanji seen in the notes of http://vgmdb.net/album/2070 and on this page are the same. Please add that album, Secret?
