According to the notes, some of these tracks are not arranged (03, 04, 06, 08, 10, 11), however none of these are the same as the tracks on the SNES soundtrack - all the tracks on this disc are arranged. I assume this means the currently uncredited tracks are arranged by Hashimoto? That's my best guess.
It just caught my attention as I was listening to this album again. Some very nice tunes on this CD.
