Ebay, Amazon, etc. The US Version should be an easy find, as it was a magazine insert.

I had a copy a several weeks ago, but I sold it off.

Anyway, Yahoo! Auctions Japan usually has a copy of that album, but it usually comes without the magazine it was originally housed in. Personally, I would have preferred finding a new copy of the UK version as it came with a jewel case as opposed to that cardboard case for the Japanese one. Expect to pay $50 or more if you try to snag a Japanese copy off of Yahoo! Auctions Japan, though.

From time to time, you'll for find a copy of the American and UK versions up for grabs on eBay, and the pricing for those rarely goes above $35.
