Default Anyone can help me identify these soundtracks please?

Hello.

Back in 2004 I used to play PC game called Ghosts 'n Goblins EXCEED (also known as Makaimura Exceed). It was clone/ripoff/fangame of the famous Ghosts 'n Goblins videogame. The fangame was made by indie developer CnC Darkside and was released in 2003.

Altough the sprites were from the GnG, the music was not. All these years Ive been trying to figure out from which game the actual music came from. I tried to contact the author of the fangame via e-mail, but it seems that he is no longer available.

If these soundtracks sound familiar to you, please let me know.

(Zippy has its own music player, therefore it is not necessary to download anything.)

Thanks a lot for any hints/clues.

Sounds like they could both be by Falcom. Sadly I'm not TOO familiar with Falcom stuff. But hopefully it'll point you in the right direction if nothing else.

The second one is called The Ordeal Becomes Great from, I think Ys 4.

I haven't played the games, but I have the music. They're on my To Do list.
