New image uploading system

I've implemented a snazzy new interface for uploading multiple album scans, which takes advantage of AJAX to provide upload progress updates. A report page will also provide information on the post-upload status of your scans (whether they were successfully thumbnailed and filed).

Naturally, this method requires Javascript support to work. For those who'd rather have JS disabled, you'll still have the option to upload via the old submission page. Please report any issues you encounter on the forums.
