Rumi Saikawa (#2096)

Was Saikawa ever confirmed as the reading? There's not much about her on google. She's mentioned in the liner notes (page 14) of Perfect Collection Ys II as having been chosen via audition - apparently Takuo Uchida wanted a cute girl to do the vocals. Anyway, it should be her in the booklet on page 15, photographed together with a microphone.

前回に引き続き登場JD.K. BANDの岸本友
彦デス。今回のアレンジの目玉は何といって
も「J.D.K. BAND 女性 VOCAL 決定」ということ
で、今までもいろいろな歌手や声優サンが歌
っていましたがか今回より、オーディションの
結果、斎川ルミチャン (盟冠17才の女の子)
に決定しました。(今まで「旅立ちの朝」など
自分で歌っていましたが、男のむさくるしい
声よりカワイイ女の子の声がいいというKING
RECORDSの内田ディレクターの要望により。)
曲は、みんな良く知っている「TOO FULL
WITH LOVE 」で、以前のアレンジで平野文サ
ンが歌っていた曲です。
