I think this one was originally going to be released at the beginning of October 2020, but the site now says the middle of the month. I've changed the release date to October for now. We can adjust it once we know the actual release date.

Apparently, it's revealed somewhere in this two-hour long roundtable with the director and illustrator of GNOSIA that the person who provides vocals for track 1.07 (and ostensibly the other vocal tracks) is Kotori, the illustrator.

I think track 1.07 is used to brilliant effect in the game.
