I added an image of the disc and added track times to the track list.

I can confirm that this disc is simply an abridged version of this 2-CD soundtrack: https://vgmdb.net/album/32182. Other than a second or two of extra silence at the end of a track here and there, the only track that is different from the 2-CD soundtrack is Track #1, which is sung in English and is shortened to 1:51 on this disc (compared to the Japanese vocal version which is 4:41 on the other soundtrack).
